Chilson's Automotive exists because Lincoln deserves a shop where the diagnosis is honest, the estimate is in writing, and nobody tries to sell you a cabin filter you don't need. That's the whole idea. It works.
How we work
We keep it simple. You tell us what the car is doing, we find out why, and you get a written estimate that means what it says. No mystery line items. No “while we're in there” upsells. If something unexpected turns up mid-job, you hear about it before it costs you a dime.
We'd rather show you a worn part than ask you to take our word for it. Plenty of what rolls through the door doesn't need the expensive fix — and when it doesn't, we say so. That costs us a few line items today and earns us a customer for years. We'll take that trade.
