Good to know

A few common questions.

Do I need an appointment?
No — walk-ins are welcome any time during shop hours, Tuesday through Saturday, 10 am to 4 pm. For a rush job, it helps to call (972) 234-8943 first so time can be set aside for you.
How fast can it be ready?
Faster than most people expect. Same-day and next-day turnaround is common, and simple rush fixes can sometimes be done in around half an hour. It depends on the piece and the day, so call ahead if timing is tight.
What kinds of clothing do you alter?
Suits and jackets, dresses and formalwear, wedding gowns and bridesmaid dresses, uniforms, jeans and casual clothing — Eastern and Western styles alike — plus general repairs. If you're unsure, just ask.
How do you take payment?
Cash and major credit cards are both accepted at the shop.
