Are you taking new patients?

Yes — new dogs and cats are always welcome. Call (972) 530-8200 or send a request through the contact page and we'll get you scheduled.

Do you see urgent cases the same week?

We hold time for pets who aren't feeling well. Call us and describe what's going on — we'll tell you honestly whether we can see you soon or whether it's something an emergency hospital should handle right away.

Are you really more affordable than nearby clinics?

Fair, transparent pricing is something our clients mention often — several have told us we're noticeably more affordable than other clinics in the area. We'll always talk options and costs with you before we proceed.

Do you work with rescues and adopters?

Absolutely. Dr. Hamlin is a longtime advocate for DFW rescues, and we offer pre-adoption counseling. If you're fostering or adopting, let us know — we're glad to help.
