Our Commitment
Nobody gets hurt placing our steel.
General contractors judge a subcontractor on safety before price, before schedule, before anything. We build to that reality: every crew works to the GC's site rules and our own standard, and reinforcing is placed to be inspected — not to be reworked.
Fully insured — general liability & workers' compensation. Certificates of insurance and additional-insured endorsements are provided on request.
The commitments below are how we operate, framed honestly as process. Formal safety-program documentation and our current EMR are available to any GC on request.

PPE & site rules
Every crew works in required PPE and follows the general contractor's site-specific safety plan, orientation, and access rules — no exceptions, every shift.
Housekeeping & hazard awareness
Reinforcing work creates trip, puncture, and impalement hazards. We keep work areas clean, cap exposed bar, and stay aware of the trades and equipment around us.
Toolbox talks & culture
Regular toolbox talks and a crew culture where anyone can stop work over a hazard. Safety is a habit we bring onto your site, not a binder we point at.
Quality & Inspection
Placed right, and ready to inspect.
Quality on a reinforcing job is measurable: it's whether the steel matches the drawings before it disappears under concrete. We build every placement to pass inspection the first time.
Tie & placement inspection
Before anything's covered, reinforcing is checked against the structural drawings — bar size, spacing, cover, laps, and supports all verified prior to pour.
Spec-conformance QA
Placement built to the structural drawings and project specifications, so third-party and GC inspections are a confirmation — not a punch list.
PT stressing records
On post-tension work, elongation and stressing are documented so tensioned members are verified to the PT design and ready for sign-off.
Documentation
Everything a GC needs to prequalify us.
We're set up to answer a prequalification package quickly. We carry general liability & workers' comp; formal safety program details, EMR, insurance certificates, and references are provided on request — just reach out and we'll turn them around.
